Domestic Shipping

 

We offer USPS delivery for all orders with residential addresses. While we’d like to promise fast delivery, unfortunately, we can’t control any unexpected delays during the transit process. For all missing mail, we will work to resolve with the local postal office, which can take up to two weeks. In the case the USPS cannot locate your package, we will provide a full refund including shipping.

    Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process. You will be notified with tracking when your package has shipped. Processing time is subject to change and may be longer during launches and sales. Shipment times are from processed date. All domestic orders will arrive within two business weeks of processing date. In the case that we need to send a replacement, it may take up to there weeks to receive your replacement order.

    If you are unable to locate your delivery, please reach out to us within 7 days from the Delivered date on your tracking so we can open a USPS investigation. If not within the 7 day window, unfortunately we will be unable to assist further.

     

    International Shipping

     

    Rates are calculated at checkout for international orders with residential addresses. Additional fees for customs and taxes will be at the responsibility of the customer. Our free shipping promotion does not apply to international orders.

    Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process. Shipment times are from processed date. Express shipping times are generally 10+ business days, while Standard Shipping is on average a 3-4 business week arrival date, sometimes longer depending on customs.

      Past Midnight is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by carrier delays, customs, natural occurrences, or transfers from our main service provider to the local carrier in your country. If a package is undeliverable, customer is responsible for arrival of the return back to sender. Please email us with the return status, including location, date, and time of arrival. Once returned to us, we will provide a refund of your product. Shipping fee is not refundable. We do not ship replacements for international orders.

       

      Returns

      For domestic orders, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders. All international orders are final sale. You can request a return up to 15 days from the date you receive your order. At this time, we only offer replacements on damaged or defective goods, and require that the damaged item is returned. Damaged or defective goods must be submitted with images within 5 days of receipt to orders@pastmidnightlabel.com, and we will send a replacement if eligible.

      To initiate a return, please email orders@pastmidnightlabel.com with your Order # and Reason for Return. Our team will respond within 48 hours. Please allow for up to 72 hours during and after launches or promotional periods.

      We do not cover return shipping cost for returns. A standard shipping label fee of $6.50 will be deducted from your refund. If a return is initiated on a replacement, the fee will still apply if the replacement was delivered within three business weeks of the original order date. 

      All orders must be returned within 15 days of return confirmation and items must be unworn in original plastic wrappings to avoid a 15% restocking fee.

      We are not liable for unreceived items. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the item is returned to us via USPS. Unfortunately, we cannot generate refunds for unreceived returns. Please allow up to 21 business days for your returned item(s) to be processed and refunds or site credit issues. Site credit codes are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

      If you are exchanging an item, the shipping will be free of cost. Please note that exchanges can take up to three weeks to process from return received date, and you will receive a new tracking number once shipped.

       

      Sales

      All orders placed during major sale periods such as Black Friday weekend will be Final Sale.

       

      Conditions

      All jewelry must be returned in its original packaging, unworn and unwashed, free from makeup and fake tan, free from scratches, and free from any scent of deodorant or perfume.

      Sunglasses must be returned free from any signs of wear or damage such as broken or bent arms or scratched lenses. All original components of the sunglasses package must be included with the return - this includes the branded pouch, cleaning cloth, box, and all wrapping. Failure to include all original pieces or damages may result in a 15% restocking fee or incomplete refund.

      All clothing items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn and unwashed, free from makeup and fake tan, tags attached, and free from any scent of deodorant or perfume.
