We offer USPS delivery for all orders with residential addresses. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee shipping timelines or prevent unexpected carrier delays during transit.
For missing packages, we kindly ask that you first contact your local USPS office for assistance. If USPS is unable to locate your package, please email the investigation details to orders@pastmidnightlabel.com. Once verified, we will provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Processing times are subject to change and may be longer during product launches, sales, or promotional periods.
Shipping timelines begin once an order has been processed. Domestic orders typically arrive within two business weeks of the processing date. If a replacement shipment is required, delivery may take up to three weeks.
If you are unable to locate your delivery, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information so that we can open a USPS investigation. Requests submitted outside of this 7-day window cannot be accommodated.
Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.

Past Midnight is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, natural events, or transfers between our primary shipping provider and local delivery carriers.
If a package is deemed undeliverable, the customer is responsible for ensuring the package is returned to sender. Please email us the return status, including the location, date, and time of arrival. Once the package has been returned to us, we will issue a refund for the product cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
